Laurel Grove Plantation HOA in Orange Park
Located in the town of Orange Park, Florida, the Laurel Grove Plantation Owners Association represents owners of 199 homes located in four residential communities consisting of the Timbers, the Gardens, the Manor, and the Crossings. The homeowners' association has been in operation over 20 years.
The HOA hosts one community meeting annually, usually in December, to vote to approve the upcoming year's budget, discuss community maintenance, address resident's raised issues, and to either elect or continue representatives from the community as the HOA board.
